Adam Levy is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in building and leading legal functions for technology companies. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Moveworks since January 2020, Adam has been instrumental in developing the in-house legal framework, focusing on intellectual property and supporting company growth. Previously, Adam held roles such as Director and Senior Counsel at Gainsight, where a legal department was established to facilitate rapid growth, and as Director and Chief Counsel at DelPlaya Media, providing comprehensive legal advice while advising on growth strategies. Adam also has extensive experience in enterprise SaaS environments, having overseen commercial transactions at ServiceNow and developed legal operations at Aruba Networks. With a JD magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics from Haverford College, Adam Levy combines legal expertise with a strong foundation in business and economics.
