Rui Sousa is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Movera since March 2024, Rui leads Product and PMO functions while specializing in solutions and enterprise architecture. Previously, as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Soho House & Co, Rui established an Enterprise Architecture Repository, defined architecture principles, and provided technical direction for key domains. Significant roles include Technology Director and UK Deputy CTO at Enjoy Technology, where Rui drove strategic change and launched successful POS solutions, and interim Chief Architect at BPP, overseeing the overall architecture and leading a team of solutions architects. Rui's career began in software development, with foundational experience in various programming languages and technologies, and includes roles ranging from IT Trainer to Project Manager at Millennium bcp. Education includes a Licentiate degree in Portuguese History and Literature from Universidade Aberta and a diploma in Computer Science from FUNDETEC.
