Roland Berner is an experienced executive and consultant with a comprehensive background in organizational development, project management, and compliance. Currently serving as an Equity Partner and Member of the Advisory Board at moveon Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH, Roland Berner has focused on advising the Managing Director and supporting customers in transformation and up-/reskilling projects. Roland Berner has also founded Roland Berner Consulting, providing executive consulting in corporate compliance and international business development. In addition to consulting roles, Roland Berner is a Visiting Faculty Member at École Hôtelière de Lausanne, where practical lectures on innovative project management are delivered to Master students. Prior positions include Vice President Corporate Compliance at Siemens AG and General Manager Marketing & Sales at Deutsche Post AG, among others. Roland Berner holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur from Hochschule München and an MBA in International Business Development from Louisiana State University.
