Robert Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in human resources, leadership, and aviation safety. As the Founder and CEO of MHR managing human resources GmbH since March 2010, Robert Klein has also served as an Equity Partner at moveon Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH since January 2014, focusing on team development and error culture. Previous roles include Referent for Crew Resource Management at the Center for Air- and Space Medicine and leadership positions within the German Air Force, including Head of Training Department and Director of Flying Operations. Robert Klein holds both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has pursued further education in business coaching and digital learning.
