Gaurav Saini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at ChangeEngine since July 2021, Gaurav focuses on enhancing employee experiences for organizations. As an advisor at both Nexla and Movemedical, Gaurav contributes to unified data operations and SaaS solutions for the healthcare sector. Gaurav is also a co-founder and Managing Partner at GTM Venture Studio, which specializes in building next-generation SaaS products. Prior experience includes significant roles at WorkSpan, where Gaurav achieved remarkable revenue and customer growth, as well as senior positions in demand generation and marketing at UserVoice, Realization Technologies, and RealPage. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Jose State University.
