Henk Otte is an experienced project manager currently serving at Movares since May 2023, specializing in advisory and engineering services. With a strong background in infrastructure and spatial projects, Henk has held various positions within prominent organizations, including a role as a member of the Commissie voor de milieueffectrapportage since February 2003, and as a project manager at Sweco Nederland from June 2015 to May 2023.
