Clifton Law has worked in the packaging industry since 1997. Clifton began their career as an Assistant Design Engineer at Manufacturing Integration Technology Pte Ltd. In 2001, they joined UTAC as a Design Engineer and was promoted to Staff Design Engineer. In 2012, Clifton Law was promoted to Design Manager at UTAC. In 2013, they joined Broadcom Inc. as a Snr Staff Packaging Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Intel Technologies Asia as a Package RnD Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Principal Engineer and Lead for 5G Packaging at Movandi.

Clifton Law obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 1998 and 2001.
