Nor Newman started their work experience in 2014 as a Software Developer at FacecardClub and remained in that role until 2016. In 2015, they joined BOSSAR as a Business Development Manager and later transitioned to a Software Developer role. During their time at BOSSAR, they developed corporate apps utilizing computer vision technology for various clients. In 2016, Nor founded Uprice and worked as both the Founder and Software Developer for a brief period. In 2017, they established Movadex, where they served as the CEO and founder. Movadex is a team of professionals specializing in software development and providing services such as branding, UX/UI design, quality assurance, and web and mobile software development. In 2020, Nor joined Idvizer as the Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the development of their cross-platform video verification tool.

Nor Newman studied International Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Currently, in 2022, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance Engineering at WorldQuant University.
