Julie Coukan is an experienced communication and event professional with a strong background in cultural promotion and digital media. Currently serving as Chargée de communication et événementiel des Espaces Culturels at Mouvement E. Leclerc Réunion since June 2021, Julie previously held the position of Chargée de mission Communication - Animation at Technopole de La Réunion from July 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included communication strategy and event planning. Earlier roles include Chargée de communication and Community Manager at the Département de La Réunion from April 2014 to March 2017, where Julie oversaw communication materials, social media engagement, and media relations. Julie's career began as an administratif agent at the same department in 2012. Julie Coukan holds a Licence in Sciences du langage from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III and has foundational education in Mathematics and Science from Université de La Réunion and Lycée Georges Brassens.
