Kim Smolko currently serves as a Board Member at Mountville Mills and has been the Chief Operating Officer at SharkNinja since January 2021. Previously, Kim held the position of Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Energizer Holdings from December 2016 to December 2020, overseeing various aspects of supply chain management. A long tenure at SC Johnson spanned from January 1996 to December 2016, where Kim progressed through several roles, ultimately serving as Sr. Director - NA Product Supply, responsible for the North America Supply Chain and P&L commitments. Kim's earlier roles included Director positions in Home Cleaning and Global Home Cleaning RD&E, as well as significant experience in operational support and engineering positions. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Marquette University.
