Gianna Chapman has extensive work experience in the field of counseling and addiction treatment. Gianna began their career as an Activities Therapist at Christian Health Care Center in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Gianna then interned at Bergen Regional Medical Center from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, Chapman joined The Counseling Center, initially serving as an Assessment Counselor and later becoming an Assistant Clinical Director. Gianna also held the position of Clinical Director at the Counseling Center at Freehold from 2013 to 2014. Chapman's most recent role was as the Clinical Director at The Counseling Center, where they worked from 2017 to 2022. Gianna is currently working as a Program Manager at Mountainside, starting in 2022.

Gianna Chapman, LCADC LPC, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey in the period spanning from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at William Paterson University of New Jersey, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
