Seth Tasman currently serves as the Student Conduct Liaison for the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District since May 2018 and has owned Norcal Aquatics since May 2012, where the program emphasizes character development and self-esteem in athletes. Additionally, Seth has held the roles of Head Boys Varsity Water Polo Coach and Head Swimming and Diving Coach at Los Altos High School, leading the water polo team to significant league placements and achieving national recognition in the swim program. Previously, Seth taught history at Seminole County Public Schools and coached at Hagerty High School, receiving accolades for coaching excellence in both boys' and girls' water polo and swimming. Seth's coaching career includes recognition as the Southeast Zone Coach of the Year while at the University of Central Florida, along with ownership of Orlando United Water Polo Club, cultivating talent that progressed to prominent universities. Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Iona University.
