Andrew Haggard currently serves as the Energy Services Manager at Mountain View Electric Association, where leadership of the Energy Services Department entails managing key accounts, developing electric rate strategies, and aligning demand response programs with the organization's mission. Previous roles include Key Accounts Supervisor, Engineering Services Team Lead, and Distribution Line Designer at Mountain View Electric Association, as well as positions in distribution engineering at Entergy and procurement and manufacturing engineering at ABB/Baldor Oklahoma. Additionally, Andrew was the Eastern District Vice President for the Arkansas FFA Association. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting Analytics at the University of Northern Colorado.
