Amber Lynch has a strong background in retail and golf operations. Amber is currently working as the Director of Retail for Founders Group International since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Retail Operations at both Mountain Ridge Country Club from March 2021 and Ridglea Country Club from June 2020. Before their transition to retail, they worked as a Retail Coordinator at Cowboys Golf Club from March 2019 to January 2020. Beginning their career in 2012, they worked in various roles at ClubCorp, including First Assistant Golf Professional, Assistant Golf Professional, and Assistant Golf Professional.

Amber Lynch attended the University of North Texas from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.
