Amber Rogers is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership and practice transformation. Currently, as the Practice Transformation Lead at Mountain-Pacific Quality Health since July 2015, Amber focuses on enhancing patient care while transitioning to value-based reimbursement models. Previously, Amber served as the Director of Clinical Services at Monida Healthcare Network, overseeing federal grant management, and as the Chief Nursing Officer at Barrett Hospital and Healthcare, responsible for multiple direct patient care units. During tenure at St. Patrick Hospital, Amber held various nursing leadership roles, including Nursing Director, where responsibilities included administration for the Transitional Care Unit. Amber holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Old Dominion University.
