Mathew Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ski resort management and information technology. Currently serving as the Assistant Mountain Manager at Mountain High Ski Resort since November 2013, Mathew oversees essential resort infrastructure, including domestic water systems and electrical utilities, while managing various on-mountain departments to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Previously, as a Snowmaking Electrician/Supervisor, Mathew was responsible for managing day-to-day snowmaking operations and maintaining crucial systems, achieving significant reductions in equipment downtime. Additionally, Mathew's earlier experience as an Information Technology Consultant involved building customized computers and troubleshooting technical issues, further demonstrating a strong technical aptitude.
