Caitlin Tatham is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in instruction and technical assistance. At Mount Washington Alpine Resort since December 2010, Caitlin serves as a snowboard instructor, teaching skills to clients of various ages while ensuring safety. Between May and December 2015, Caitlin worked as a technical assistant at Alberta Energy Regulator, where responsibilities included designing a well abandonment audit and drafting compliance-related correspondence. Additionally, Caitlin enhanced recreational opportunities for campers with disabilities as a programmer at BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities in 2014 and coached gymnastics from 2009 to 2014, developing lesson plans for participants aged 2-18. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2017.
