Additionally, Russ Bailey is a member of the Board of Trustees at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has held prominent positions such as President at Hillandale Farms, Ohio, and the West Virginia Division of US Foods. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
