Naomi Grattan MA currently serves as the Director of the Office of the VP Finance & Admin at Mount Royal University since July 2024 and has been a Board Member of the Alberta Museums Association since September 2021. Grattan is also a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Calgary, focusing on co-teaching museum management for undergraduate students. Previously held roles include Executive Director at Lougheed House, Chief Executive Officer at Fort Calgary, Interim Executive Director at The Hangar Flight Museum, and Interim Communications Director at the Canadian Museums Association. Prior experience includes leadership roles in organizational development and project management at the National Music Centre and the National Gallery of Canada. Grattan earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
