Matt LoSardo is a Principal and Senior Vice President at Thoma Bravo, a leading software and technology-focused private equity firm with over $120 billion in assets under management and a track record of acquiring and investing in more than 400 companies since January 2016. In addition to the role at Thoma Bravo, Matt serves as a Board Member for various companies, including Everbridge, Eptura, Apryse, Majesco, Cority, and Motus, LLC, among others. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University and is a graduate of Garden City High School.
