Xolelwa Nkosana is a Junior Operations Manager at Motus Aftermarket Parts, a position held since April 2018. Previously, Xolelwa participated in the Graduate Trainee Development Programme at United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD) from April 2017 to December 2017, gaining comprehensive knowledge of standard operating processes across various departments within the warehouse. Xolelwa obtained a National Diploma in Operations Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, completed in 2015, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management at the same institution.
