Rafael Larratea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as City Manager at Mottu since April 2022, Rafael has previously held significant roles such as Gerente Territorial at Oi S.A from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included planning and managing operations and sales for retail stores across the region, as well as risk analysis and control. Prior to that, Rafael was Gerente de Loja at Oi Paggo from 2015 to 2017, overseeing unit operations and sales, and also held the position of Gestor de Escola at Yázigi from 2014 to 2015, where the focus was on commercial and pedagogical planning. Rafael holds a degree in Accounting from Faculdade Monteiro Lobato and is pursuing an MBA in Human Development for Managers at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
