Quentin Hellis is an experienced Programme Manager at Mott MacDonald Bentley, where expertise encompasses all phases of project development, particularly in delivering AMP 7 schemes for Thames Water. Prior to this role, Quentin served as Project Manager at Black & Veatch, leading a multidisciplinary team on Welsh Water AMP 5 projects and participating in strategic decisions for the Wales region. Earlier career experience includes serving as H&S Manager at Procter & Gamble, overseeing process safety and environmental issues across multiple technical centers. Quentin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
