Bithiah Bland serves as the Sales Enablement & Training Lead at Neat since November 2021, where responsibilities include the design, development, and delivery of new hire and continuing education training programs, successfully reducing ramp time for sales roles by 30 days. Prior experience includes serving as Workforce Development Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2016 to August 2019, where Bithiah coordinated and assessed training programs and designed instructional materials. At Sprint, from 2001 to 2016, Bithiah held the position of HRD Training Specialist II, delivering training to over 33,000 employees and developing educational courses at a corporate level. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager of Munitions for the US Army from 1998 to 2001, managing ammunition accounts and briefing personnel. Bithiah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas.
