Dealer Experience Specialist at Motorway

Leigh-Elle has always had a passion for customer service and sales. Leigh-Elle started their career in 2014 as a Support Assistant at East Berkshire College. In this role, they assisted teachers with work schedules and supported students who required extra learning support. Leigh-Elle also followed and completed lesson plans and feedback forms on a daily basis.

In 2016, Leigh-Elle took on a Front of House Receptionist/Mortgage Administrator role at Succession Group Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales desk, taking calls and dealing with till transactions, refunds and purchases. Leigh-Elle was also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the store, as well as overseeing deliveries.

In 2019, Leigh-Elle began working as a waitress at Caffe Aldo. In this role, they were responsible for assisting customers with queries and managing customer sales. Leigh-Elle also held weekly team briefings and floor walked to assist with sales.

Currently, Leigh-Elle works as a Dealer Experience Specialist at Motorway. In this role, they are responsible for assisting dealers with product questions, training dealers on new products, and providing feedback to the Motorway team on dealer needs and concerns.

Leigh-Elle's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Brighton. Leigh-Elle then pursued a Diploma in Health and Social Care from a distance learning centre. Next, Leigh-Elle completed their High School education, earning a GCSE from Swakeleys School For Girls. Finally, Leigh-Elle obtained a Diploma in Access to Allied Heath Professions (Nursing) from a distance learning centre.
