Lukasz Bielawa is an experienced professional in software engineering and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Agile Team Lead at Motorola Solutions since July 2006. With a strong background in building self-organizing, cross-functional teams, Lukasz has also held roles as a Senior Scrum Master, focusing on projects utilizing LeSS and SAFe frameworks, and as a Software Quality Engineer, where assessments and metrics were integral to project control. Prior experience includes a Customer Support Specialist at International Paper, an Analyst at the Malopolski Subsidiary of the National Health Fund, and internships at Monash Medical Center and Krakow University Hospital. Lukasz holds a master's degree in Economics from Krakow University of Economics.
