Diane Lohan Rosso currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR Employee Experience at Motorola Solutions, a position held since July 2013, where Diane is a key member of the HR Leadership Team overseeing Workday HCM, People Analytics, and employee-related systems. Promoted to Sr. Director of Global Talent & HR Operations in July 2016, Diane leads a global team focused on developing leadership pipelines and enhancing employee engagement and capabilities. Previously, Diane served as a Senior Learning Consultant and held various leadership roles at Tellabs, Ryan Building Group, and Productivity Point International, with a strong foundation in learning and organizational development. Diane holds an MSLOC in Learning & Organization Change and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Northwestern University.
