Carmit Kleinman is an accomplished leader at Motorola Solutions, currently serving as the Head of the Israel Innovation Center since December 2014. With extensive experience in research and development, business development, and advanced technology management, Carmit has successfully driven innovation initiatives, established partnerships within the Israel ecosystem focused on artificial intelligence, and managed product portfolios including IIOT solutions. Previous roles at Motorola Solutions also include R&D Group Leader and Senior Software Engineer, where Carmit was responsible for product development from conception to launch, integrating hardware and software engineering, and developing sophisticated communication protocols. Carmit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
