Mark also worked as an Industry Representative while self-employed. Prior to this, they were the CEO of The Rikess Group since 1991. During their tenure, they provided One Price Selling training and consulting services to auto dealers and Car Companies, and founded www.digitalairstrike.com, a reputation management and social media service for dealers. Mark also provided training in a Negotiation Free or Limited Negotiation sales process, Gen Y training, and OEM dealer research.
