Ryann D. began their career in 2006 as a Preferred Banker at First Republic Private Wealth Management. Ryann then moved on to become a Managing Owner at Ben's Produce and Paratransit Provider LLC in 2008. In 2014, they became a Managing Partner at Easy Chair LLC. In 2015, Ryann joined the founding team at Luxe as an Operations Manager and was part of the Southern California Launch Team for app based mobile valet startup. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager at Uber. In 2018, Ryann joined the founding team at Bird as an Operations Supervisor and was responsible for ensuring that all contingent labor needs were met in active markets via recruiting and onboarding. In 2020, they became a Director of Operations at InLog CLS and managed the day to day operations at a 3PL based in Garden Grove, CA. Currently, Ryann is the Head of Operations at Motorenn, modernizing the world of premium used vehicles.

Ryann D. attended Saint Francis High School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their High School Diploma. Ryann then attended Santa Clara University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, General.
