Ken Hogue is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Motor Parts & Equipment Corporation since May 2022, Hogue oversees HR functions for a subsidiary of NAPA with numerous retail locations across several states. Prior experience includes roles as Owner & Consultant at HR Zone, Vice President of Human Resources at Old World Industries, Director of Human Resources at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, and Human Resources Director at EDMC- The Illinois Institute of Art, among others. Hogue's career spans over two decades, featuring significant contributions to both post-secondary education and the automotive industry, as well as grassroots event promotion for wakeboarding competitions. Hogue holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree from Mercer University.
