Vladislav Damaskinov, LL.M., MSc, serves as Chairman and a member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Leasing Association since February 2018, focusing on strategic development and effective leadership. Holding the position of Director of IT - CIO, DTO at MOTO-PFOHE since September 2009, Vladislav has led digital transformation initiatives across the Moto Pfohe Group. In addition, as Managing Director at both Pfohe Agency and Moto Pfohe Leasing, Vladislav oversees operational management and provides strategic support within the companies. Additionally, Vladislav has experience as a board member of LIAM REIT and as Executive Director of LUKE REIT. Educational credentials include a postgraduate degree in digital transformation from Harvard Business School, an MSc in business management and innovation from The University of Sheffield, and an LL.M. in law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
