Praveen Penmetsa is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative technology companies. As CEO and Founder of Monarch Tractor, Praveen focuses on enhancing farmer profitability and sustainability through the development of the all-electric, driver-optional Monarch MK-V smart tractor. Additionally, as Chairman and Chief Evangelist at Motivo Engineering, Praveen drives the creation of transformative products across energy, mobility, ag-tech, and aerospace sectors for a diverse range of clients. Previous roles include serving as a board member for various startups and leading commercial and automotive projects at MillenWorks, where responsibilities encompassed project management, business development, and strategic growth. Praveen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
