Evan Chan is a design professional with extensive experience in human-centered design, currently serving as Founder and Director of the Human-Centered Design Lab, as well as Designer and Strategist at Agncy, and Senior Service Designer at Motivf. Previously, Evan held various positions including Civic Design Lead for Montgomery County Government and Senior Design Researcher at Deloitte. Evan's expertise encompasses designing workshops, facilitating focus groups, and developing training programs in HCD. Educational background includes a Master of Design in Design Research & Strategy from the Institute of Design and a dual bachelor's degree in Economics and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California.
