Satvinder Sidhu is a Manager at Motive Power, Inc. Satvinder has also worked as a Project Controls Analyst II at Williams, a Project Controls Manager at Northern Group, Inc., and a Project Controls Lead and Financial Analyst at KS Industries and Sam's Market and Gas.

Satvinder has extensive experience in managing financials and schedules for capital projects, generating metrics and conducting analytics, and designing and distributing financial reports. Satvinder has also supervised field engineers and implemented and managed new divisions in project control management.

Under Satvinder's leadership, projects have consistently come in under budget and on schedule. In 2015, 95% of projects came in under budget and on schedule, and in 2014 the first project by new methodologies came in 10% under budget.

Satvinder Sidhu has an MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, an MS in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a BS in Finance from California State University Bakersfield. Satvinder is also certified in Microsoft Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence from Maven Analytics, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Primavera Unifier Cloud Service 2016 Essentials from Oracle, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute.
