Adam Archiable has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam started their career as an Artillery Test Engineer at TRAX International Corporation in 2009. Then, in 2013, they worked as a Customer Care Representative at Wounded Warrior Battalion-West, providing support to injured Marines and their families. Later that year, they interned as a Rehabilitation Specialist at Mental Health Association Outpatient Clinic, where they implemented interventions for adults with severe psychiatric disorders.
In 2014, Adam became a Project Manager Intern at Kaiser Permanente, leading a project targeting the needs of the veteran population. Adam developed project plans, conducted research, and presented recommendations to executive leaders. The following year, they worked as a Program Manager at Alliance HealthCare Services, contributing to the development and integration of project plans and assisting with status reporting.
In 2016, Adam worked as a Key Account Manager at Yale Chase Equipment and Services. Adam then joined Motive Energy in 2017 as an Operations Manager responsible for multiple companies and $5 million in products across several states. In this role, they advised senior leadership, managed departments, and ensured project deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Prior to their civilian career, Adam served in the United States Marine Corps from 2005, where they held the position of Operations Manager. Adam provided leadership and guidance to over 150 employees, enhanced performance through supervision, and acted as a liaison and problem solver.
Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adam Archiable completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Brandman University from 2011 to 2013. Adam then pursued a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Community, Organization, Planning, and Administration (COPA) from the University of Southern California from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they attended Saddleback College from 2010 to 2011, where they completed general education courses. In addition to their formal education, Adam obtained certifications in Problem Solving Therapy in October 2014 and Motivational Interviewing in October 2013.
