Stephen Haas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in e-commerce, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Ecommerce Assistant Manager at R.F. Fager Company since June 2020, Stephen focuses on enhancing the customer experience on the company's online platform and contributing to social media marketing efforts. Simultaneously, Stephen has been a Motiv Regional Staffer since January 2016. Previously, Stephen worked as a Management Analyst at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from May 2019 to May 2020, applying Lean techniques to improve organizational efficiency. Stephen's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at the American Heart Association, where roles spanned from Vice President of Operations to Director of Operations and Facilities, as well as a prior position as Director of Production at Express Scripts. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
