Kyauna Bradley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR business partnership and generalist roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Motion since September 2022, Kyauna previously held the position of Senior HR Generalist at Eaton from July 2019 to August 2022. Kyauna's career began as a Graduate Coordinator for America Reads/America Counts at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities included liaising between tutors and school faculty, training new tutors, and managing administrative tasks. Additionally, Kyauna completed an internship in Total Rewards at Chamberlain Group, focusing on Minimum Wage compliance.
