Dwight Lambert possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Motion. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, showcasing a progressive career in HR leadership. Prior to Motion, Dwight held positions as a Human Resources Manager Trainee and Internal Auditor at Genuine Parts Company, and gained experience in sales as a Sales Representative/Account Manager and Executive Manager Trainee at S.P. Richards. Dwight holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and School Counseling from South Dakota State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Geneva College.
