Shannon McCarthy has a robust background in staffing solutions and donor services, currently serving as Executive Team Manager at Motion Recruitment. Prior experience includes roles such as Team Manager and Team Lead in Staffing Solutions. Shannon's experience also encompasses working with the Washington Redskins as Coordinator of Donor Services and as a Charitable Foundation Programs Intern.
