Shane Tomlinson is an experienced executive in the staffing solutions industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Managing Director at Motion Recruitment since December 2014. Motion Recruitment specializes in IT staffing solutions across North America, focusing on challenging placements for startup and enterprise clients. Prior to this, Shane held the position of Managing Director at Jobspring Partners from July 2009 to January 2022, where the firm provided IT staffing across 15 major markets, employing a consultative approach in six tech disciplines. Shane's career began at Portsmouth Regional Hospital as a Rehab Aide from June 2006 to May 2009, following a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 2005 and 2009.
