Sean O'Neil has over a decade of experience in staffing solutions, currently serving as the Executive Team Manager at Motion Recruitment since February 2016, where management of a team focused on recruiting mobile engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers in the Los Angeles area is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Sean O'Neil held various positions, including Executive Team Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners from July 2013 to September 2020. Sean O'Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government/Psychology from St. Lawrence University in 2013 and completed a semester abroad at the Austro-American Institute of Education in Vienna, Austria, in 2012.
