Lauren Filipe is an experienced talent professional in the Cyber Security field, currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Services at Motion Recruitment since October 2021. In this role, Lauren oversees the recruitment of Cyber Security professionals, including Analysts, Engineers, and Managers, and collaborates with candidates to align their careers with their goals. Lauren's previous experience includes an Applied Behavioral Science Coop at the Penn Vet Working Dog Center, where responsibilities included training scent detection dogs using conditioning and positive reinforcement techniques. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University, obtained in 2021.
