Previously, Carla served as content lead at Nethermind, focusing on marketing operations in web3 and decentralized finance. Carla co-founded The Wellness Quo, a marketplace connecting well-being practitioners to address societal health challenges, and led digital marketing efforts at Reposit to enhance accessibility in renting. Earlier roles include internships and assistant positions in organizations such as Afrocenchix and the Chamber of Commerce Uruguay Australia, contributing to various marketing and business development projects.
