Jignesh Panchal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd since January 2025, Jignesh has previously held senior roles at JM Financial Ltd as Executive Director and Director, at Ambit Private Limited as Director, and at IDFC Bank as Associate Director in Investment Banking. Early career achievements include positions at Ernst & Young and IFIN. Jignesh holds a CFA from the CFA Institute, a Master's in Management Studies (MMS) in Finance, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Jignesh is an ICF Certified Life Coach, having completed the Coaching for Transformation program.
