Lucy Hu has extensive experience in operations management and laboratory roles within the refining and extraction sector. Since September 2019, Lucy has held various positions at Motif Labs, progressing from Senior Operations Manager to Director of Refining & Extraction and later Director of Refining Operations. In addition to current responsibilities at Motif Labs, Lucy serves as a Course Developer at Fanshawe College starting July 2024. Previous roles include Lab Coordinator and Laboratory Technician at Imperial Oil from 2017 to 2019, Lab Technician at Baker Hughes from 2015 to 2017, and a Pharmacist Assistant at Target in 2013. Lucy's career began with a QA Administrative Assistant role at Actlabs in 2012 and service as a Waitress at Mandarin Restaurants Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Educated at the University of Waterloo, Lucy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences in 2015.
