Reed Nicholson is a Senior Food Scientist at Motif FoodWorks since September 2021, previously serving as an Analytical Lab Scientist in the field of Food Science. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at the University of Guelph from May 2014 to May 2017. Reed Nicholson holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science from the University of Guelph, obtained between May 2017 and July 2021, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science, completed from September 2012 to April 2017.
