Naveen Kumar currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Motherson Group since August 2019, where responsibilities include preparing techno-commercial proposals, bid documents, and client presentations, as well as developing a clientele network. Prior to this role, Naveen held the position of Assistant Manager at AAN Engineering Industries Limited from 2014 to August 2019, focusing on sourcing tender inquiries from government and PSU departments and maintaining an RFQ register. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited from June 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included developing 3D models and generating detailed mechanical drawings for the Intermediate Jet Trainer. Naveen Kumar obtained a B.Tech in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Indira Gandhi National Open University and is currently pursuing an Executive program in Marketing Management at XLRI Delhi-NCR.
