Trish Ball currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, a position held since November 2020. Previously, Trish held the same title at Altus Group from 2016 to November 2020. Trish's extensive HR expertise includes significant roles at McCain Foods Limited, where responsibilities included Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, as well as Global Vice President positions in Organizational Development and Change, and Talent and Development. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at McCain Foods Canada and GE, along with a role as North American Director of Organization & Staffing, Learning & Development at GE Capital IT Solutions. Trish earned a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
