Khalid Mehmood is an experienced network engineer currently employed at Motability Operations Ltd since February 2021. Previously, Khalid served as a Network and Firewall Engineer at Worldpay from March 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise network operations and adhering to ITIL procedures for incident management. Earlier experience as a Network Support Engineer at Maxsoli involved configuring and troubleshooting various networking protocols and Cisco systems, while a role as a Technical Infrastructure Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group focused on IT project roll-outs and network maintenance. Khalid began a career in technical support with Cybernet in 2006 and holds an MSc in Mobile and Distributed Computer Networks from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 2008 and 2009.
